Many agents took 20 hour courses for their license, as opposed to upper division college courses that properly prepared Paul to excell in this career. Mortgage Loans: Paul began his career in 1988 as a lender and has written over 150 loans. Meet Bob Hailey I have been a Ramona resident and home owner since 1982. I am a retired engineer still doing some part time consulting. Now, I am a real estate agent with Ramona Real Estate Brokerage. I have been married for 36 years. I have three kids and five grandkids. I served on the Ramona School Board for three terms (twelve years) and six years as president. I was elected in 2002 and served on the Ramona Community Planning Group until 2006. I was elected again in 2008. I have been a Scout Leader for over twenty years and currently serve on the district committee. Recently, I was elected to the Town Hall board of trustees. I am also a founding member of City of Ramona, NOW, and the current President of the Ramona Kiwanis Club (also a past president), Country Estates Parks and Recreation committee, and Committee for a Better Ramona. I have also served on many volunteer committees both related to the community in general and our schools in particular.

I have come to Ramona Real Estate Brokerage from Coldwell Banker. I also bring with me a wealth of career experience and knowledge in the areas of escrow, title and mortgage.
I am excited to join the RREB team. I appreciate how well RREB keeps me informed of market trends, new laws, and continuing education. I continuously strive to improve my skills and knowledge for clients to enable me to offer them optimal home marketing and buying power.
I am a San Diego native and serve clients throughout San Diego County specializing in Ramona, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo and Escondido.
