Preamble:  The Ramona Real Estate Market is more diversified than any other area in San Diego.  We have high end homes in planned urban developments like Mount Woodson, as well as hundred year old homes on fifty acres on solar power - and everything in between!  Because of this, Ramona realtors must have a broader knowledge base than exists in most other areas.

Construction:  Paul worked six years as a tradesman and contractor swinging hammers, and designing jobs - knowledge that helps detect defects and lower the cost of repairs.  Paul has relationships with many qualified contractors that give his clients special values.

Education:  Bachelor of Science Finance/Real Estate Investment at Cal State Long Beach.  Many agents took the minimum 4 hour courses for their license, as opposed to upper division college-level courses that properly prepared Paul to excell in this career.  Law, Investment Analysis, Valuation Technique, Creative Financing Vehicles; advanced concepts that allow Paul to prevail in negotiations.  Training that allows Paul to better serve you.

Mortgage Loans:  Paul began his career in 1988 as a lender and has written over 150 loans.  This lending experience is vital in today's fragmented lending arena.  The correct financing means everything!

Real Estate:  As a Realtor and Broker, Paul has closed over 300 transaction sides.  There is no substitute for experience.  You know that.  Hind sight is 20/20.
